From Anthony Robbins email-list today:

One hundred years ago we lived by the demands of one element: Nature. The sun, the winds and the rain dictated our schedule.

We went from the technology of the plow to the first cars, to the boom of factories and the Industrial Revolution, to the first television and ultimately to the first computer, to today's iPhone, Blackberry, Kindle, mp3 player, and more.

Technology has changed the world we know - the only world humanity knew.

People call it the information age, but it's really the "attention age." How do you know where to focus so that you're spending your time on what matters to you most in your life vs. responding to the buzzing in your pocket, tweetdeck, instant messaging, texts and the myriad technology we all have.

All of this technology was designed to supposedly give us more free time. Well, I have a question:  How's that free time working for you?!
